NADco Company was founded by some graduates of Allameh-Helli high School and NODET (National organization for Development of Exceptional Talents) and NODETs’ teachers in 2003 in Iran for producing and offering modern educational aid services. At present about 50 graduates of superior universities of Iran cooperate with this company and it forms a very significant educational sector in robotics and researching plan. Now this company cooperates with more than 200 schools in Iran and UAE.

Ø Having software conformed to the user’s age (in English and Persian)

One of the best reasons why NADco is better than other available teaching systems is its standard software.

We deeply believe that teaching algorithm and programming is useful for the students; whether those who want to study engineering and basic sciences in the future or even those who want to study human science or biology. Computer programming will give them a clear understanding of how a computer works as the most effective contemporary invention of human being and they can learn all its abilities and use them. No one can deny the superiority of a good lawyer who knows working with a computer in comparison with his experienced colleague who knows nothing about technology!

According to this fact we deeply believe that the software conformed to the student’s age should be used and not the engineering software.

Ø Teaching based on the latest standards

One of the most important points about NADco teaching plan is this fact that robotic teaching standards of “Technical Organization of Iran” is designed with the help of NADco. NADco is the first group in Iran that has improved its teaching services based on these standards.

 NADco is proud of the step-by-step teaching of concepts method, its logical order, standardize the lesson’s subject, their adaption with student’s level and also designing standard kits for teaching robotics.

Ø NADco competitions

NADcup is a big robotic conference and festival that has educational aims. It contains many sections such as exciting competitions, work shop and creativity exhibition.

NADco teaching system’s cohesion with festivals and credible NADcup competition which are held every 3 months in one part of country is a good opportunity for presenting what students have learnt. In this system, each student can participate in 4 credible competitions each year and they can examine their abilities in all of these competitions. They present their ideas, compete with other friends, and meet new friends from other cities, etc. in these competitions when they show their creativities and compete and receive applause, a very important part of teaching is completed and students get the needed confidence and independence. They can also have a practice for participating in other credible international competitions.

Participating in a lot of competitions removes student’s stress of participating in a competition and so they will have no fear of not getting a good result and they just experience. But according to the different nature of students and considering their age, the first, second and third grades have symbolic importance for them. But in these competitions, it has been tried to make an environment for all these students to enjoy, whether the winner or the loser. And they will understand that if they could not get a good result in this competition, there will be another NADcup very soon.

Up to now, 3 countrywide NADcup have been held in 2006, 2007 and 2008 in Tehran. In 2008 many provincial NADcup supported by offitial educational organization have been held too. (Shiraz, Karaj, Inventors association of Mashhad, etc.)

There are some choosing matches at schools before these competitions, therefore the main competitions has a very high scientific level and are very exciting.

In 2007, provincial NADcup and Tehran NADcup will be held as countrywide at a same time. There is also a countrywide NADcup every 3 months. Due to negotiations with “Tebyan” institute (a famous Iranian internet site and portal), we can have simultaneous connection through video conference during competitions in many cities.

Ø Active Research and Development Sector (R&D)

 The heart of NADco is undoubtedly its teaching part. But a system that claims a creative teaching system should never be in lack of creativity itself. We believe that the active and prepared research and development sector is the brain of NADco Company! This sector never thinks that changing causes extra costs and always invests on it.

The ongoing changes in NADco’s robots, teaching system and their notable modernity, is the result of some of the best designers, engineers and teachers’ researches in R&D sector. We are always designing modern robots, accessory packs, relevant educational software producing technical and educational containing for them and we are proud of it.

NADco is the only group which designs and produces many new robots for students annually; and this is meaning of being up to date in research and development sector. Due to their notable work, the information of this sector is sometimes robbed and because of not being supported by responsible organizations for copy right, it is not possible to report these kind of events by imitative companies. Similarity of some of their robots to NADco’s robots is good evidence to our claim!
